The Pasinaya or ‘Pagsisimula’ or ‘Pagbubukas’ (Launching) is an annual event of the Cultural Center of the Philippines, a two days event and considered as the largest annual multi-arts festival in the country with more than 300 shows of music, theater, dance, visual arts, film and literature to choose from. The Cultural Center of the Philippines open its various venues FOR THE PUBLIC on the said festival this coming FEBRUARY 3 and 4, 2018.
Taking as its theme, this year PASINAYA’s Pusuan ang Sining (HeARTS) emphasizes the Filipino virtue of ‘pagmamalasakit’ (compassion), the festival will feature excerpts from the works of over a hundred arts groups and thousands of artists from different parts of the country.
